Frans Van As has spent most of his life heading up the family business in demolition works. However, he’s anything but a straight shooter. Creative accounting, favors, under-the-table payoffs: Frans doesn't turn his nose up at any of it. He doesn’t realize that different times require different rules and now his company’s in big trouble. He’s forced to retire but can’t imagine any of his sons capable of running the company. But after yet another of his huge blunders, Frans steps aside and has Eddy, his youngest and least capable son, take the lead. Eddy wants to make some dramatic changes immediately, but that’s clearly easier said than done. Painful as it is, he has to let go of his good intentions one by one.
