In the heartwarming and timely new format ‘Out of Office’, five individuals with a burnout are brought together for a groundbreaking experience. They step out of the daily rat race to recharge and start a new project together with a group of unexpected colleagues. People with special qualities who enthusiastically work in a day job on a care farm. Over the course of six months, they join together to convert an old barn into an organic produce store. In the process, they learn from each other’s talents and from their attitude to life and work. It’ll be a time of tearing down and building up. Not just literally, but also symbolically. Because at the end of this social experiment, the all-important question arises: do they return to their stressful jobs or give their lives a new direction?
